14. Termination
The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time where there is a breach of these Terms, a regulatory requirement to do so, or where the account poses an unacceptable risk. Upon termination, any funds confirmed as legitimately held will be returned subject to verification requirements. The operator’s decision on account termination is final.
